abstract | The present invention reduces the power consumption of the memory device, reduces the area of the memory device, and reduces the number of transistors constituting the memory device. Specifically, a comparator for comparing the potentials of the first output signal and the second output signal, a first memory unit having a first oxide semiconductor transistor and a first silicon transistor, and a second oxide semiconductor transistor and a second silicon transistor. And a second memory portion and an output potential determiner for determining potentials of the first output signal and the second output signal, wherein one of a source or a drain of the first oxide semiconductor transistor is connected to a gate of the first silicon transistor. One of the source or the drain of the second oxide semiconductor transistor is electrically connected and relates to a memory device electrically connected to the gate of the second silicon transistor. |
