titleOfInvention | Copper Fine Particles and Manufacturing Process of Copper Fine Particles |
abstract | Copper fine particles that are fine and contain substantially no aggregated particles. For example, the average particle diameter (D) measured by an electron microscope is 0.005 to 2.0 µm, the average particle diameter (d) measured by a dynamic light scattering particle size distribution analyzer is 0.005 to 2.0 µm, and the ratio (d / D) is 0.7 to 2 Phosphorus copper fine particles are provided. There is provided a process comprising the steps of mixing the divalent copper oxide and the reducing agent into a liquid medium in the presence of a complexing agent and a protective colloid without forming monovalent copper oxide from the divalent copper oxide to produce copper fine particles. In addition, reducing the divalent copper oxide in the presence of a protective colloid such as a complexing agent and a protein to form metal copper fine particles, and adding a protective colloid remover such as a protease to remove the protective colloid and achieve aggregation of the metal copper fine particles. And a step of filtering the mixture with a pressure filter, a vacuum filter, a suction filter, and the like. |
