abstract | In the present invention, a method of coating a wire for applying a silver coating is disclosed. Silver nanoparticles are dispersed in a low surface tension solvent to form a coating solution. The wire is drawn through the coating solution to form a coating layer of silver nanoparticles on the wire. The coated layer is then annealed to form a wire with a silver coating thereon. |
