abstract The present invention arranges two or more fixed molecules or substances of different types on a single biochip substrate, and simultaneously detects genes, proteins, and cells that interact with these molecules or substances at a single molecule level, thereby ensuring accuracy and reliability of analytical results. It provides a high-sensitivity complex-nanobio chip for simultaneous detection of multi-target molecules and a method of providing disease diagnosis using the same. In addition, the present invention by using multiple color-to-reflective fluorescence detection technology to display a variety of target components or molecules at the same time on a single chip substrate in different fluorescent colors according to each molecule or component, it is possible to easily distinguish between multiple materials in real time -Provides a highly sensitive composite-nano biochip for simultaneous detection of target molecules and a method of providing information for disease diagnosis using the same.
