titleOfInvention | Rubber composition for automobile engine mount with silica added to EPDM |
abstract | The present invention relates to a rubber composition for automobile engine mounts in which silica is added to EPDM to improve dynamic characteristics. An EPDM blend comprising EPDM 1 without oil and EPDM 2 with oil in a weight ratio of 1: 3. Per 100 parts by weight; Sulfur: 0.4-2 parts by weight, CZ, TT: 0.5-2.5 parts by weight, carbon black: 10-60 parts by weight, silica: 5-15 parts by weight, paraffin oil: 3-10 parts by weight; and others As an additive, zinc oxide: 2-7 parts by weight, stearic acid: 0.5-2 parts by weight, SUN682 (sunprax): 1-3 parts by weight, 13C (N-Phenyl-N'-isopropyl-p-phenylenediamine): 1- Provided is a rubber composition for an automobile engine mount in which silica is added to EPDM, characterized in that 4 parts by weight is added to improve dynamic characteristics. According to the present invention, the mechanical properties are maintained at the same level as the natural rubber, but the heat resistance is improved, the long life is possible, the dynamic properties are improved, the vibration transmission is excellent, and the durability can also be improved. |
