abstract |
The present invention relates to a recombinant protein for siRNA delivery that enables efficient cellular and in vivo delivery of siRNA. More specifically, the present invention relates to a recombinant protein in which siRNA binding protein is located in an empty space inside a capsid protein of a Hepatitis B virus (HBV) virus, wherein siRNAs of various purposes bind to the siRNA binding protein and are encapsulated in a capsid internal space. As a result, stability can be ensured from external attack such as various enzymes, and siRNA can be effectively delivered to cells and living tissues by cytoplasmic release of siRNA after cell penetration. |
