abstract | The present invention relates to a packaging polyvinyl alcohol film having a water resistance by imparting hydrophobicity and crosslinking to a polyvinyl alcohol resin using a silane compound and acrylic acid and a method for producing the same. The hydrophilic polyvinyl alcohol resin was improved in water resistance and barrier properties by the modification reaction using silane and the crosslinking reaction using acrylic acid. The polyvinyl alcohol film having water resistance thus prepared may be widely used as a film for food packaging, a film for packaging medical supplies, and the like. |
