titleOfInvention Multispectral Photosensitive Device
abstract In the present invention, there is provided a multi-spectral photosensitive device, which uses a single-sided or double-sided process to provide a multilayer composite photosensitive pixel provided with two, three, or four up and down in the P or N base layer of silicon. Each senses a spectrum that is orthogonal or complementary within the visible or visible and infrared spectra. The basic photosensitive pixels of the different layers of the composite photosensitive pixels may be designed to sense different colors or spectra, and obtain one multispectral photosensitive chip by overlapping a macro unit composed of one or more composite photosensitive pixels. The present invention also provides the design of a new multilayer photosensitive pixel, which is used in single-sided bilayer, double-sided bilayer, double-sided triplet, double-sided quadrilateral, single-sided mixed bilayer and double-sided mixed bilayer or multilayer multispectral photosensitive device. Examples are included. The multispectral photosensitive device of the present invention includes better color photosensitive performance and integration of color photosensitive and infrared photosensitive and simple processing.
