titleOfInvention Probe for Gene Mutation Detection, Gene Mutation Detection Method and Reagent Kit for Gene Mutation Detection
abstract [Problem] Even if the nucleotide sequence encoding the gene contains a plurality of gene mutations, the gene enables specific detection of specific gene mutations to be detected without being affected by gene mutations other than the detection target. Provided is a probe for detecting a mutation. [Remedy] (P1) A base having a base complementary to any of the wild type base and the mutant base of the target gene mutation at a base position corresponding to the target gene mutation, and at a base position corresponding to the nontarget gene mutation. Oligos having non-complementary bases in any of the wild-type bases and variant bases of the non-target gene variant, having at least 80% identity to the base sequence complementary to some or all of the base sequences encoding the gene of interest A gene mutation detection probe for detecting a target gene variation in a nucleotide sequence that is a nucleotide or the like and encodes a target gene including target gene variation and non-target gene variation.
