titleOfInvention | Percutaneous Absorption Formulation and Manufacturing Method Thereof |
abstract | The present invention relates to transdermal absorbent preparations and methods for their preparation. In the percutaneous absorption preparation of the present invention, a drug-containing layer containing a drug is present, and a drug protective layer made of a non-invasive material is positioned above the drug-containing layer, and a lower portion thereof controls the release of the drug during permeation. Emission control adhesive layer having a position is made to include them. The percutaneous absorbent preparation of the present invention is prepared by including a drug-containing layer as a drug reservoir that can prevent the loss of the drug during the process or storage of the product and the release of the drug and a release-controlled adhesive layer having the function of a release-controlling membrane. It is effective in preventing loss and controlling skin permeation of drugs. |
