titleOfInvention Percutaneous Absorption Formulation and Manufacturing Method Thereof
abstract The present invention relates to transdermal absorbent preparations and methods for their preparation. In the percutaneous absorption preparation of the present invention, a drug-containing layer containing a drug is present, and a drug protective layer made of a non-invasive material is positioned above the drug-containing layer, and a lower portion thereof controls the release of the drug during permeation. Emission control adhesive layer having a position is made to include them. The percutaneous absorbent preparation of the present invention is prepared by including a drug-containing layer as a drug reservoir that can prevent the loss of the drug during the process or storage of the product and the release of the drug and a release-controlled adhesive layer having the function of a release-controlling membrane. It is effective in preventing loss and controlling skin permeation of drugs.
