titleOfInvention | A composition for regeneration of nerve cells comprising protein tyrosine phosphatase receptor t genes |
abstract | PURPOSE: A composition for nerve regeneration containing PTPRT gene is provided to suppress Rac1 GAP activity of BCR by reinforcing the interaction between N-terminal and C-terminal of BCR. CONSTITUTION: A composition for nerve regeneration contains PTPRT (protein tyrosine phosphatase receptor T) gene or a vector including the gene as an active ingredient. The PTPRT gene has the base sequence described in the sequence number 1(SEQ ID NO:1). The vector is linear DNA, plasmid DNA or recombinant viral vector. The recombinant virus is retro virus, adenovirus, adeno-associated virus, herpes simplex virus or Lentivirus. The recombinant virus is Cytomegalo Virus(CMV). The PTPRT uses BCR(Breakpoint cluster region) as a substrate. The PTPRT dephosphorylates the tyrosine located at 177th location from the N-terminal of the BCR. The PTPRT expedites dendrite development and actin polymerization of a nerve cell. A composition for preventing and treating neuropsychologic diseases contains PTPRT (protein tyrosine phosphatase receptor T) gene or a vector including the gene as an active ingredient. |
