abstract | PURPOSE: Seasoned yellow dried pollack slices, and a producing method thereof are provided to prevent the storage quality decrease of the yellow dried pollack slices. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of seasoned yellow dried pollack slices comprises the following steps: mixing 100 parts of water by weight, 35-45 parts of sorbitol by weight, 5-15 parts of glucose by weight, and 5-15 parts of seasoning powder by weight to obtain seasoning liquid; soaking the yellow dried pollack slices in the seasoning liquid; sealing the soaked yellow dried pollack slices, and aging the slices at room temperature for 10-15 hours; and drying the aged yellow dried pollack slices. The seasoning liquid additionally contains 5-10 parts of pine needle hot water extract by weight. |
