titleOfInvention Spherical copper fine powder and its manufacturing method
abstract An average particle diameter of copper fine powder is 0.05 micrometer or more and 0.25 micrometer or less, The spherical copper fine powder characterized by the above-mentioned. Copper slurry is added to an aqueous medium containing additives of natural resins, polysaccharides or derivatives thereof to prepare a slurry, and the slurry is added to the slurry. A method for producing spherical copper fine powder by disproportionation reaction, wherein a 50% acid aqueous solution is added at once within 15 minutes to perform disproportionation reaction. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for producing copper fine powder which can produce controlled copper particles or particles of metal copper particles, in particular finer copper fine powder quickly, efficiently and stably.
