abstract The present invention relates to a medical polymer hydrogel containing hyaluronic acid and chondroitin sulfate and a method for preparing the same. The hydrogel according to the present invention does not use harmful chemical additives such as crosslinking agents or initiators, and thus produces crosslinked hydrogels in a three-dimensional structure by irradiation, which is not toxic and maintains a high water content of 80% or more. Since the decomposition behavior of the hydrogel can be controlled by adjusting the composition ratio, it can be usefully used as various medical hydrogels such as hydrogel for treating ulcers, wounds and burns.
