abstract | Compounds of Formula 1 are disclosed including all stereoisomers thereof, N-oxides thereof and salts thereof: In this formula, Y is a ring member containing 2 to 4 carbon atoms and 2 to 3 nitrogen atoms, and through adjacent single ring member atoms, to a ring member atom which attaches the following heterocycle to the phenyl ring of formula (1) A 5-membered fully or partially unsaturated heterocycle substituted with Z on the ring member atoms to which it is linked, further optionally substituted with up to 2 substituents independently selected from R 5 on the carbon atom ring member and R 6 on the nitrogen atom ring member ego; Z is a ring member selected from carbon atoms and from 1 to 4 heteroatoms independently selected from up to 2 O atoms, up to 2 S atoms and up to 4 N atoms, wherein up to 3 carbons The atomic ring member is independently selected from C (= 0) and C (= S), the sulfur atom ring member comprises S (= 0) u (= NR 7 ) z independently) and a carbon atom An 8-, 9-, 10- or 11-membered fused heterobicyclic ring system optionally substituted with a substituent independently selected from R 8 on the ring member and R 9 on the nitrogen atom ring member; R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , R 4 , R 5 , R 6 , R 7 , R 8 , R 9 , u and z are as defined in the specification and claims.
