abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for inducing chondrocyte differentiation from adipose derived mesenchymal stem cells, and more specifically, to introduce SOX-5, SOX-6 and SOX-9 genes into adipose derived mesenchymal stem cells by electroporation. It relates to a method for differentiating adipose derived mesenchymal stem cells into chondrocytes comprising the step of culturing and culturing the same, and a therapeutic composition containing chondrocytes differentiated by the above method. When the mesenchymal stem cells pre-differentiated with chondrocytes according to the present invention are transplanted in vivo, the transplanted mesenchymal stem cells are less likely to differentiate into other cells such as bone, and thus can be used more safely. |
