titleOfInvention | Separation method for arginine from natural materials comprising arginine |
abstract | PURPOSE: A method for isolating arginine from arginine-containing natural products is provided to obtain arginine using proteinase and ion exchange resin. CONSTITUTION: A method for isolating arginine from arginine-containing natural products comprises: a step of treating the natural products with 1-10% of proteinase at 30-45 Deg. C. for 1-8 hours and obtaining amino acid hydrolysate; a step of isolating and purifying arginine using ion exchange resin and neutralizing the arginine; and a step of filtering and recrystallizing the neutralized arginine. [Reference numerals] (AA) Arginine-containing natural product; (BB) Protease treatment; (CC) Hydrolysis; (DD) Amino acid lysate; (EE) Ion exchange resin treatment; (FF) Arginine isolation, purification; (GG) Arginine neutralizing; (HH) Filtering; (II) Recrystallization; (JJ) Centrifuging; (KK) Arginine acquiring |
