titleOfInvention Method for preparing alpha-fluoro beta-amino carbonyl compound using chiral palladium catalyst
abstract The present invention relates to a method for preparing an alpha-fluoro beta-amino carbonyl compound capable of converting into an alpha-fluoro beta-amino acid which is used in bioscience, and an alpha-fluoro beta-amino carbonyl compound using a chiral catalyst. As a method for producing, a process for reacting an alpha-fluoro beta-ketoester compound with an imine compound in the presence of a chiral catalyst and using a chiral palladium catalyst as the chiral catalyst is disclosed. By using the above production method, an optically active material having high optical purity can be efficiently produced using a chiral catalyst.
