abstract The present invention relates to a pyridazinone derivative or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a preparation method thereof and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the same. The pyridazinone derivative according to the present invention effectively inhibits the growth of prostate cancer cells, and in particular, acts on the androgen receptor, and thus not only prostate cancer, an androgen-related disease, but also benign prostatic hyperplasia, hypogonadism, osteoporosis, infertility, erectile dysfunction, and acne. Or it can be usefully used for the prevention or treatment of male baldness.
