abstract | The present invention is to contact PAUF with (Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma Up-regulated Factor) and GLRX3, SNAPIN or UBL4A as its binding partner, and the test substance inhibits the binding of GLRX3, SNAPIN or UBL4A as PAUF and its binding partner. The present invention relates to a method for screening a cancer therapeutic agent which is judged as a cancer therapeutic agent by analyzing whether the test substance inhibits the binding, and a pharmaceutical composition for inhibiting and treating cancer including the test substance as an active ingredient. The pharmaceutical composition of the present invention comprising a binding inhibitor between PAUF and binding partner as an effective ingredient can effectively treat various cancers (especially pancreatic cancer) by effectively blocking signaling of PAUF related to the onset of cancer. |
