abstract Here, the output circuit of the nonvolatile memory device is provided. The output circuit of the present invention includes page buffer latches for latching data read from memory cells, sub data lines receiving voltages corresponding to the latched data in response to latch addresses, and the sub data lines in a sensing operation. A data line connecting them; A reference data line in which a current path is formed in the sensing operation, and a sensing amplifier circuit for differentially sensing the reference data line and the data line in the sensing operation and outputting data corresponding to the sensing result. The nonvolatile memory device according to the present invention can perform data output operation at high speed by outputting data in a differential sensing method. In addition, the nonvolatile memory device according to the present invention can reduce the area of the layout by differentially sensing the data lines and the corresponding reference data lines.
