abstract The present invention is capable of generating optical beams of various sizes by injecting a liquid into the inside of the microscopic hemicylinder lens using the syringe pump above, as well as adjusting the irradiation direction of the optical beam to perform optical scanning. A cylinder lens, a hemi cylinder lens microchip, and a method of manufacturing the same are provided. In addition, the present invention is a polymer material constituting the hemicylinder lens in the manufacturing process is injected in the process of using the hemicylinder lens because the material of the upper flexible thin film portion and the lower support substrate is not only the same material but also manufactured integrally. Provided are a hemi cylinder lens, a hemi cylinder lens microchip, and a method of manufacturing the same, which can prevent damage to a hemi cylinder lens structure due to a loss of fluid or a fluid pressure.
