abstract The present invention relates to (a) a cholesterol lowering agent small tablet of 7.5 mm or less in diameter containing a cholesterol lowering agent, a stabilizer and a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient and having a coating layer on its surface, and (b) a thrombus inhibitor and a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient. An oral combined dosage form for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases containing a thrombus inhibitor small tablet or small pellet having a diameter of 7.5 mm or less having an enteric coating film on its surface is provided. The formulation of the present invention, as well as the improvement of medication compliance according to the mixing prescription, cholesterol lowering agent in the gastrointestinal tract, thrombotic inhibitors are controlled to be released in the intestine to suppress the reaction and side effects of the drugs, and induce synergistic effects of these drugs in vivo To provide a formulation with improved stability.
