abstract The present invention comprises the steps of: (a) applying a shear stress generated by agitation and aeration into a microalgae (microalgae) having the ability to produce omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids; And (b) separating a strain having an omega-3 unsaturated fatty acid producing ability and resistance to shear stress caused by agitation and aeration, wherein the strain having a high content of docosahexaenoic acid in the omega-3 unsaturated fatty acid is included. A method for producing omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids and the resistance to shear stress generated by agitation and aeration obtained from the preparation method of CSR27 (Schizochytrium sp. CSR27) (KCTC 11826BP) is provided.
