abstract |
The present invention uses a metal trivalent complex prepared from a Salen-type ligand including a quaternary ammonium salt and a fluorometal cyanide (DMC) catalyst in a mixture to copolymerize an epoxide compound and carbon dioxide to form an ether bond unit. It relates to a method for producing a poly (alkylene carbonate) containing. The amount of ether binding units can be controlled by controlling the ratio of the two catalysts and the carbon dioxide pressure. |
