abstract | PURPOSE: A producing method of steamed Schizandrae fructus with improved functionality is provided to enhance the sweetness and the anti-oxidation ability of schizandrae fructus by steaming and drying. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of steamed Schizandrae fructus comprises the following steps: separating foreign materials from fresh Schizandrae fructus; steaming the Schizandrae fructus in a steamer at 80-90 deg. C for 10 minutes; drying the steamed in a cool-air drier at 50 deg. C for 24 hours; and repeating the steaming and drying processes for 5-7 times. |
