abstract The present invention relates to a polyacetylene supramolecular body, a preparation method thereof, and a method of detecting lead ions using the same, wherein the polyacetylene supramolecule having an N-heterocyclic head group exhibits selective colorimetric and fluorescence reactions to lead ions under 100% aqueous solution. Lead ion detection is possible with the naked eye.
