Method for preparing lactulose from lactose using cellobiose 2-epimerase |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for producing lactulose from lactose using cellobiose 2-epimerase, and more particularly, to the cellobiose 2-epimerase gene. It relates to a recombinant expression vector comprising, microorganisms transformed therewith and a production method for obtaining lactulose using them. According to the present invention, it is possible to produce lactulose directly from inexpensive and easily secured lactose by using cellobiose 2-epimerase, and can be usefully used in manufacturing functional foods and pharmaceuticals. |
