abstract The array substrate includes a base substrate, a dummy pad, and drive signal output wirings. The base substrate is divided into a display area for displaying an image and a peripheral area surrounding the display area. The dummy pad extends in a first direction in a peripheral area on the base substrate and has a first protrusion protruding in the first direction at an end thereof. The driving signal output line extends in a second direction crossing the first direction to be adjacent to the dummy pad and provide an external signal. Accordingly, the static electricity introduced into the driving signal output line may be easily introduced into the dummy pad having the first protrusion, thereby preventing the static electricity from flowing into the display area.
