titleOfInvention Integrated method of concentration-dehydration and aerobic air-drying of sewage sludge
abstract The integrated process of concentrated-dewatering and aerobic air-drying of sewage sludge of the present invention comprises the following steps: (a) pretreatment with an organic treating agent (3); (b) gravityly concentrating the residual sludge pretreated with the organic treating agent (5); (c) pre-treating (7) with an inorganic treating agent; (d) mechanically dehydrating (8); (e) crushing and dispersing (10); And (f) aerobic air-drying (11). The process of the present invention has the following advantages: (i) to improve the sedimentation performance of the residual sludge, improve the sludge concentration efficiency, reduce the concentration time and reduce the volume of the concentration pool; (ii) reducing the volume of dewatered sludge, correspondingly reducing the subsequent heat treatment load; (iii) low drying energy consumption; (iv) the sludge particles move at low speed during the drying process, producing stable and safe without power; (v) the dried exhaust air may be washed with water to reach environmentally friendly emission standards; And (vi) the sludge particles to be produced are not compacted, which is good for regeneration use.
