abstract |
The present invention relates to a polyamide reverse osmosis composite membrane having excellent stain resistance and a method for producing the same. Polyamide reverse osmosis composite membrane having excellent fouling resistance of the present invention is (a) a microporous support layer; (b) a polyamide layer on the microporous support layer; And (c) a hydrophilic coating layer on the polyamide layer, wherein the hydrophilic coating layer is formed by a covalent bond between the residual acid halogen compound of the polyamide layer and the amide amine compound containing a hydrophilic group. Accordingly, the polyamide reverse osmosis composite membrane of the present invention having the hydrophilic coating layer is maintained in the initial salt removal rate and flow rate characteristics even during long-term operation under the contaminated conditions, so as to continuously change the operating pressure or to remove contaminants therefrom. The washing step of the composite membrane can be omitted. |
