| abstract |
PURPOSE: A method for making fermented black oriental medicine is provided to enhance medicinal property and sweetness. CONSTITUTION: A method for making fermented black oriental medicine comprises: a step of washing and containing the various oriental medicinal materials in a wicker tray to remove moisture from the oriental medicinal materials(101); a step of mixing cooled sterilized water and Makkoli in a ratio of 4:6 to prepare fermented liquid(102); a step of dipping oriental medicinal materials in a fermented liquid for 3-4 hours(103); a step of fermenting the oriental medicinal materials at 35-40 Deg. C. for 24 hours(104); a step of heating and streaming the oriental medicinal materials at 80-85 Deg. C. for 24-26 hours; and a step of drying the oriental medicinal materials at room temperature for 24-25 hours(106). |
