abstract |
It provides a manufacturing method that can improve the shrinkage of the foam, and can produce a flexible polyurethane foam excellent in mechanical strength. Polyoxyalkylene polyol (A1) to 40? A flexible polyurethane foam is manufactured using the polyol (A) containing 100 mass%. Polyoxyalkylene polyol (A1) is 5 to the reaction liquid containing an initiator and a composite metal cyanide complex catalyst with respect to content of the said initiator. At the time of starting to supply alkylene oxide in the said initial process, it has the initial process of supplying and reacting an alkylene oxide of 20 mass%, and the polymerization process of supplying and polymerizing an alkylene oxide newly after the initial process. The temperature of the reaction system is 120? It is set at 165 degreeC, and the maximum temperature of the reaction system after the alkylene oxide supply in the said initial process is 15 to the temperature of the said alkylene oxide supply start time. It is prepared at a high temperature of 50 ℃. |
