abstract | The present invention is the following (a) process? It relates to a method for producing an isocyanate group terminal prepolymer having a step (d). (a) Amount of metal derived from the composite metal cyanide complex catalyst is 1? (B) obtaining a polyol composition containing the catalyst by ring-opening-polymerizing a cyclic compound containing an alkylene oxide using an initiator in the presence of the complex metal cyanide complex catalyst in an amount of 30 ppm by mass, (b) 0.05 to 0.05% of the polyol composition without removing the complex metal cyanide complex catalyst from the polyol composition obtained in the step (a). The water content in a composition adds the water of 20 mass%, heat-processes in a sealing system, and (c) the hydrous polyol composition after the said (b) process. A process of carrying out dehydration process until it becomes 500 mass ppm, (d) The process of adding a polyisocyanate compound to the said polyol composition after the said (c) process, and making it react with the polyol in the said polyol composition. |
