titleOfInvention Method and apparatus for preparing aqueous solution of cyanopyridine
abstract Subject of the present invention is a method for preparing cyanopyridine, (A) producing a gas reaction product comprising cyanopyridine in a reactor, (B) the gaseous reaction product is quenched with water in column (2) to obtain a gas phase depleted from at least a portion of cyanopyridine, (C) transfer the gas phase to the condenser from which the condensate is obtained, the gas phase being depleted from at least a portion of the water, (D) The gas phase from the condenser passes through one or more heat exchangers. Another subject of the invention is an apparatus for carrying out the invention.
