Visible-responsive photocatalyst coating materials, coating treatments and allergen deactivation methods |
abstract |
The present invention provides a visible light responsive photocatalyst coating material capable of forming a coating film exhibiting a high allergen inactivation effect by irradiation of visible light. The visible light responsive photocatalyst coating material contains the following components: a divalent copper salt is supported on the surface of a metal oxide particle having photosemiconductivity with a valence band of 3 V (vs. SHE, pH = 0) or higher. Photocatalyst materials having visible light activity; A binder component comprising a component having a siloxane bond or forming a siloxane bond by a reaction; And chlorine ion compounds. When visible light is irradiated to the coating film, photocatalytic activity of the metal oxide particles is expressed in the presence of divalent copper ions and chlorine ions, thereby exhibiting a very high allergen deactivation action. In addition, separation of the photocatalyst material from the coating film can be prevented. |
