The high strength high-strength copper bar wire contains 0.12-0.32 mass% of Co, 0.042-0.95 mass% of P, 0.005-0.70 mass% of Sn, and 0.00005-0.0050 mass% of O. Co content [Co] It has a relationship of 3.0≤ ([Co] -0.007) / ([P] -0.008) ≤6.2 between mass% and content [P] mass%, and the balance is an alloy composition composed of Cu and unavoidable impurities. It manufactures by the process including continuous casting rolling. The uniformity of the Co and P compounds and the solid solution of Sn improve the strength and conductivity of the high-strength high-electric copper rod wire, and are produced by continuous casting and rolling, resulting in low cost. |
