abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide a pharmaceutical composition that can be used to efficiently administer a water-soluble polymer drug by a method other than injection, and a method for producing such a pharmaceutical composition. The above object is a pharmaceutical composition comprising (a) a water-soluble drug and (b) a microparticle comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable ionic crystalline compound which is solid at room temperature, wherein the ionic crystalline compound is crystallized in the microparticles. It is achieved by the said pharmaceutical composition characterized by the above-mentioned. |
