According to the present invention, a nano hydrophobic anticancer agent is encapsulated inside a glycol chitosan-bile acid complex in which 5-β-cholanic acid is covalently bonded to glycol chitosan to form self-aggregates in water. As a particle, The glycol chitosan monomer is 10 to 20 KDa, 5-β-cholanic acid is bound by 10 to 20 substitution degree (%) to the glycol chitosan monomer, and the anticancer agent is encapsulated in the content of 9 to 15% by weight in the complex.
