Provided is a method for producing a flexible polyurethane foam having excellent low repulsion and low density without using dibutyltin dilaurate as the urethane-forming catalyst. The number of average hydroxyl groups obtained by ring-opening addition polymerization of the alkylene oxide to the initiator is 2? 3, hydroxyl value is 10? 60 mgKOH / g, oxyethylene group content is 0? Polyol (A) which is polyoxyalkylene polyol which is 30 mass%, and number of average hydroxyl groups is 2? 3, hydroxyl value is 100? Polyol (B) which is a polyoxyalkylene polyol which is 250 mgKOH / g, and a hydroxyl value is 10-? A polyol mixture (X) containing a monool (D) which is a polyoxyalkylene monool of 200 mgKOH / g and a polyisocyanate compound are used as isocyanate catalysts in the presence of dioctyltin dilaurate, blowing agent, etc. The manufacturing method of the flexible polyurethane foam made to react above. |
