abstract |
The present invention provides a biomarker composition for refractory asthma (RA) diagnosis comprising at least one of the proteins listed in Table 2 and a kit for intractable asthma diagnosis. The present invention also provides a method for detecting a protein comprising the steps of: reacting a biological sample with an antibody that specifically binds to at least one protein of the protein; And comparing the amount of the antigen-antibody complex formed by the reaction with a control. The present invention provides a biomarker detection method for intractable asthma diagnosis for providing information necessary for diagnosis of intractable asthma. According to the present invention, the risk of developing intractable asthma can be predicted, and it can be usefully used in prevention, early diagnosis and treatment of intractable asthma. |
