titleOfInvention Granular deodorant made from dwts and its manufacturing method
abstract As the industry is becoming more advanced and concentrated, gaseous (gas phase) substances, which have not been a problem before, are generated in high concentrations, causing air pollution and adversely affecting the quality of life of humans. Several bills, including the Prevention Act, are in force. Adsorption method, which is widely used as a treatment method for high concentration of odorous substances and harmful gases, processes gaseous substances by physical adsorption using porous materials. However, activated carbon, which is mainly used as an adsorbent, has limitations such as flammability, limited adsorption capacity, and influence by pH. The present invention relates to the preparation of granular deodorants which deodorize gaseous substances by other mechanisms than activated carbon. More specifically, after a certain amount of a mixture of regenerative phosphoric acid or regenerative sulfuric acid is mixed with by-products generated in a water purification facility, the functional group is formed on the surface through a aging process. The granulation (pellet) deodorant is obtained after the final granulation through the drying process. This product has a certain amount of moisture to prevent scattering, increase convenience in use and reduce drying costs. The most important deodorizing ability is also to produce the granular deodorant that combines usability, economical efficiency and functionality with the best performance.
