Amperopsin Glycosides and Compositions Containing the Same |
abstract |
The present invention relates to an amperopsin glycoside and a composition containing the same, wherein the amperopsin glycoside of the present invention is not only an advantage of efficiently producing a large amount of amperopsin glycoside by using an enzyme, but also the amperopsin prepared by the preparation method. Glycosides have better water solubility than amperopsin in natural plants, the ability to promote antioxidant activity and the activity of alcohol degrading enzymes, the ability to inhibit browning in aqueous solution, and the activity of tyrosinase to whiten skin and wrinkles. Excellent effect on improvement and anti-aging will greatly contribute to the functional cosmetic material, functional food and pharmaceutical material. |
