The present invention relates to a human-derived gelatin complex and its use, and more particularly, to a human-derived gelatin / lipoic acid complex in which lipoic acid or α-tocopherylsuccinic acid and a human-derived genetically modified gelatin are chemically bonded. The complex is self-assembled to form nanoparticles, hydrophobic drug encapsulation in the hydrophobic core, and particularly excellent as a drug carrier can be used for delivery of anticancer agents. |
