abstract |
A method is provided for generating a bright field type image that resembles a bright field staining protocol of a biological sample using a fluorescence image. The steps include acquiring two or more fluorescence images of the fixed region of the biological sample, mapping the fluorescence images to the brightfield color space, and generating the brightfield images. There is also provided an image analysis system for generating bright field type images of biological samples using fluorescence images. |
