The present invention provides a biomarker composition for diagnosing acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (hereinafter referred to as COPD) and a kit for diagnosing acute exacerbation of COPD comprising at least one of the proteins described in Table 2. In addition, the present invention comprises the steps of reacting a biological sample with an antibody that specifically binds to one or more of the proteins; And comparing the amount of the antigen-antibody complex formed by the reaction with a control group. The method provides a biomarker detection method for diagnosing COPD acute exacerbation for providing information necessary for diagnosing acute exacerbation of COPD. The present invention can predict the risk of developing acutely exacerbated COPD and can be usefully used in the field of prevention, early diagnosis and treatment of acutely exacerbated COPD. |
