abstract |
A transparent dielectric paste composition, a method of forming a transparent dielectric film, a transparent dielectric film and an article are disclosed. The transparent dielectric paste composition comprises a transparent dielectric paste composition comprising cyano-based resin, propylene carbonate and optionally halogenated hydrocarbons. The method of forming the dielectric film includes a drying step without a baking step after the coating step. The dielectric film has a high dielectric constant, low leakage current, high breakdown voltage characteristics, and high flexibility. The article is an article requiring high dielectric constant, low leakage current, high breakdown voltage characteristics and optionally high flexibility. |
