Ultrasonography-based Gene Delivery Technology and Method for Manufacturing Transgenic Animals Using Adenovirus Vectors |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for producing a transgenic animal using Ultrasound Image-guided Gene Delivery (UIGD) technology and an adenovirus vector. Specifically, the present invention relates to ED 8.5 to ED by delivering a gene based on an ultrasound image. Since genes can be injected into the ventricles of mouse embryos at the early developmental stage of 9.5 days, and adenoviruses are injected into the ventricles of the mouse embryos, it was confirmed that the target proteins are stably expressed in brain cells of the mouse embryos at the early stages of development. Optimized UIGD technology and gene carriers derived from adenoviruses can be usefully used for the production of transgenic animals in which the target protein expresses brain cells specifically. |
