Drug Conjugate Composition |
abstract |
The present invention provides a liquid composition and a lyophilized composition comprising an amount of a conjugate effective for treatment comprising an antibody chemically bound to a maytansinoid. The present invention further provides a method of cell death in a human comprising administering the composition to a human such that the antibody binds to the surface of the cell and activates the cytotoxicity of the maytansinoid, thereby killing the cell. |
