abstract |
The present invention relates to an astragalin derivative and a composition containing the same, and more particularly, to a method for preparing an astragalin derivative of astragalin glucoside and astragalin isomaltooligosaccharide, and a composition for improving skin containing the same. The method of preparing the astragalin derivatives according to the present invention not only has the advantage of efficiently producing a large amount of astragalin derivatives using enzymes, but also the astragalin derivatives prepared by the above-described method are superior to the astragalin present in the associated plant. It has the effect of inhibiting the expression of collagen degrading enzyme MMP-1, enhancing antioxidant activity and inhibiting melanin production, and will greatly contribute to functional cosmetic materials with excellent effects on skin whitening and wrinkle improvement and anti-aging. |
